Our leadership
Carmen L. Almonte, MSW
CEO and Founder
Carmen L. Almonte (MSW) is the CEO and Founder of Pristine Home Health Care and Behavioral Services. Carmen is trained in various evidence-based practices of trauma informed treatment, including ARC (Attachment Self-Regulation and Competence) as well as CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Carmen holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University. Additionally, Carmen serves as coordinator at Passaic High School, providing counseling to at-risk youth who are experiencing challenging situations.
Carmen believes that care giving and supporting youths are intricate parts of a family dynamic. Pristine Home Health Care and Behavioral Services was founded from a commitment to help communities, by providing them with the appropriate tools and services to thrive. We are a growing practice of diverse, passionate and dedicated staff.
Clinical supervisor
Joanna, LCSW
Joanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years experience working with children and families. Joanna received her Master's Degree in Social Work with a Concentration in Clinical Practice with Families and Children from Monmouth University.
Joanna is passionate about working with families to support them in meeting their goals and improving quality of life.
