Carmen L. Almonte (MSW) is the CEO and Founder of Pristine Home Health Care and Behavioral Services. Carmen is trained in various evidence-based practices of trauma informed treatment, including ARC (Attachment Self-Regulation and Competence) as well as CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Carmen holds a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University. Additionally, Carmen serves as coordinator at Passaic High School, providing counseling to at-risk youth who are experiencing challenging situations.
Carmen believes that care giving and supporting youths are intricate parts of a family dynamic. Pristine Home Health Care and Behavioral Services was founded from a commitment to help communities, by providing them with the appropriate tools and services to thrive. We are growing practice of diverse, passionate and dedicated staff.
Clinical supervisor
Joanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years experience working with children and families.
Joanna received her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Concentration in Clinical Practice with Families and Children from Monmouth University. Joanna is passionate about working with families to support them in meeting their goals and improving quality of life.
